  • What size storage unit do I need?

    Deciding what size storage unit you need is easy, 

    1. Make a list of items you plan to store, tools, furniture, appliances, etc.
    2. Estimate how many boxes you will place in your storage unit.
    3. Contact us, one of our storage specialists will assist you to get exactly what you need, no more, no less.
  • Do you offer any discounts?

    Yes, we offer 50% OFF the first month's rent.

  • What lease options do you offer?

    We rent our storage units on a month-to-month basis. Your rental with us can be long or short depending on your needs.

  • When can I access my unit?

    Access to units are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Do I need insurance for my rental unit?

    Our storage units are clean and secure. You may decide to insure the contents of your unit, however, it is entirely your decision. You may wish to check with your existing homeowners/rental insurance to see if they offer coverage. Reliable Self Storage does not have insurance on your contents.

  • What is your kiosk and how do I use it?

    The kiosk is available to rent units, buy locks and make payments 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

  • Is there anything I am not allowed to store in my unit?

    We do not allow paint, toxic items or flammable items to be stored in our units.

  • Do I use my own lock?

    You will need to get your own lock for your storage unit. We do have locks available for sale at a reasonable cost to you. 

  • What documents do I need to bring?

    You will need to bring a government-issued ID to complete your storage unit rental.

  • How can I pay for my unit?

    Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

  • What happens if I’m late making a payment?

    Your monthly rent is due on the same day each month (the anniversary date of the rental). We provide a five day grace period before charging a $25 late fee on the 6th day past a payment due date. Late fees cannot be waived and the full balance must be paid immediately to avoid foreclosure. No partial payments are accepted. Please note that until your account is paid in full, access to your unit may be denied, your kiosk access is removed and your unit will be over-locked. If your account is not brought into good standing (paid in full) by the third anniversary of your move-in date (3rd month) your account will be considered delinquent.

  • What happens if my account becomes delinquent?

    The contents of your unit may be auctioned off. We will provide written notice to at the physical address listed on your account. Additionally, we may try to contact you by phone prior to an auction process. As a customer, it is your responsibility to make sure we have accurate, up-to-date contact information associated with your account, and to pay your bill on time.
